Lauren always kept us updated on progress for all the jobs we were working on, whether it be changes/ideas or new information the team needed regarding the project.  Lauren is phenomenal at computer work and always knows exactly what to do to fix something, or a loop-hole to get around a problem. … All in all Lauren is a wonderful manager, she taught me a lot and made the environment educational yet fun.

Lauren Freeland, President of Art of Rogue, and her staff have been splendid and tremendously vital in the marketing and branding of our number 1 product ­ Music. Lauren created a unique identity for the band, developed a comprehensive, state of the art strategic plan and built an incredibly intuitive and interactive band website. Additionally, Art of Rogue took on the responsibility of being in charge of booking all our music events, working with local twin city charity organizations that the band could partner with, creating band flyers and promotional items with QR codes and implemented a social media strategy. The best part is, all of this was put into place within the first 30 days of the company assuming full marketing and branding responsibility for the band. Lauren brings a degree of SEO mastery to Gopher Sport that we haven't had before. There have been several times this year I wished I had hired Lauren even 5 months sooner.

She is continuously examining report effectiveness, creating spreadsheets and forms to help the work flow in the Web Sales department … which has resulted in better forecasting. Lauren has a very positive attitude and always wants to learn and take on more responsibilities. She is conscientious and her daily output reflects that. If Lauren makes a minor mistake, she takes responsibility and is able to look at a situation as a learning opportunity. Lauren is the “Head” Co-Chair of C.R.E.W., a station committee that focuses on maintaining positive employee morale. She manages the communication that is sent out to the entire station and has worked very hard on implementing positive changes within the committee.
