Lauren is very organized and efficient.

She is continuously examining report effectiveness, creating spreadsheets and forms to help the work flow in the Web Sales department … which has resulted in better forecasting. Lauren has a very positive attitude and always wants to learn and take on more responsibilities. She is conscientious and her daily output reflects that. If Lauren makes a minor mistake, she takes responsibility and is able to look at a situation as a learning opportunity. Lauren is the “Head” Co-Chair of C.R.E.W., a station committee that focuses on maintaining positive employee morale. She manages the communication that is sent out to the entire station and has worked very hard on implementing positive changes within the committee.
